Teach First recruits exceptional graduates who are looking to make an impact in the classroom of one of our schools in challenging circumstances and on inequalities in education in the long-term. We look for a passion for social change, coupled with a desire to build up first-class leadership skills that can be used inside or outside of the classroom in participants who embark on the two-year Leadership Development Programme.

The graduate recruitment site will give you details about the journey of a Teach First participant, from how to apply and the expectations we have of each participant, to what it means to become an ambassador of the programme. You will also be able to access profiles of our participants and ambassadors to discover more about their individual experiences.
