In 2009 BlackRock provided the support to help Teach First ambassadors advise and equip 250 pupils in London with the skills to apply to and reach higher education through Teach First's Higher Education Access Programme For Schools (HEAPS).

Today BlackRock remains committed to HEAPS as the lead sponsor whilst also supporting Teach First by providing over 180 hours of employee volunteering time.
