This paper is a product of a collaboration of Teach First participants and ambassadors.1 For this publication, the team involved more people and debated for longer than previous versions of Policy First. In addition, many pupils were involved in the research process, adding a distinctive voice to this publication and a deeper insight into the problems within our education system.
