In order to succeed as a Teach First participant, you will need to work relentlessly towards ambitious goals, effectively manage classes of students, develop short- and long-term plans to help your pupils improve, constantly assess your pupils' progress and learn to work successfully with the administrators and teachers in your unique school community. To be able to do all this, you will need two essential qualities.
