- What is the Teach First one-to-one support offer and who is eligible?

If you work in a school serving disadvantaged communities, you may be eligible for Teach First’s free one-to-one support. This free support runs alongside the NPQ of your choice and comes in the form of an experienced former school leader who will coach and guide you throughout the programme.
If you are applying directly with Teach First, you can request this support when completing your application form for your NPQ. If you are applying to do your Teach First NPQ with one of our delivery partners, the relevant delivery partner will let you know if you can access this support.
- What is the difference between the Teach First one-to-one support and the Early Headship Coaching Offer?

The Early Headship Coaching Offer provides support for new headteachers who are in their first five years of headship.
Teach First is in addition providing free one-to-one support to teachers based in schools serving the most disadvantaged communities, to run alongside the NPQ of their choice. New headteachers who are serving schools in challenging circumstances will get both.
