Career development The skills you are developing on Teach First are transferable into a wide variety of careers. One of the key decisions you'll be making is what you want to do beyond the second year, and the Foundations of Leadership course includes a career development programme to help. Teach First's volunteer coaches will support you as you set goals and think through your options. Employer and expert careers seminars and skills workshops, specifically for Teach First participants, will give you an insight into different careers. You can develop an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, which will also help you decide what routes would be best to take. If you make the most of the support on offer, you'll be well informed and in a strong position to take the next step. |
