Get involved in the Leadership Training
Teach First has been voted a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer by students on campus since its founding in 2002, positioning it as the highest ranking charity in the history of the survey. As an organisation, we recruit approximately 300 graduates per year from Britains top universities and screen for both academic achievement and key skills. Our leadership training programme provides a unique opportunitiy for supporting organisations, across all sectors, to deepen their commitment to Teach First and support the success of our graduates. To discuss any of the options on this page, please telephone 020 7517 2720 and ask to speak to a member of the Leadership Development team or email futureleaders@teachfirst.org.uk.

Partnership and Deferred Entry
Teach First is making a real difference to London schools and their pupils by bringing an increasing number of top-quality graduates into teaching. Through partnership with Teach First, organisations large and small are able to play a key part in this success story, whilst also meeting their own business objectives. In addition, Teach First's deferred entry scheme offers an opportunity to hire jointly on campus with Teach First.

For more information, please read How we are funded, or contact Philip Fearn, Associate Director of External Relations on 020 7517 2720.

Hire Teach First Ambassadors
Teach First supporters consistently identify communication skills as being the greatest weakness of the graduates they hire. As a result of a rigorous recruitment process and their time in the classroom, Teach First participants demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as planning, organisation and creativity. In addition, they have all excelled academically. The results show that they are making a significant impact in challenged schools. What could they achieve in your business?

To find out more please contact Sarah Higgs, Director of Ambassadors on 020 7517 2720 or email futureleaders@teachfirst.org.uk.

Get Work Done: Summer Projects
Teach First participants are graduates of top universities. Summer projects (internships) give them the opportunity to gain further experience of the work place, develop key skills and learn more about your organisation. In return, you get to access a top graduate(s) to work on a useful project or idea.

Develop Employees' Skills: Coaching
Through the Teach First Coaching programme, your emplyees can volunteer to play a key role in supporting our participants in identifying which learning opportunities they should maximise on in their second year in order to further their pupils' and their own development, as well as help them to make key decisions about their careers beyond Teach First. Employees can also use this as a chance to develop their own coaching skills.
