Successes
In the past six years, Teach First has grown from strength to strength. We have placed 1,500 graduates in secondary schools in London, North West, the Midlands, and recently primary schools in London. Next year we will be placing graduates in Yorkshire. In 2008, we were voted number 9 in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers, sixth successive rise in 6 years (63–41–19–16–14-9). We have over 200 Ambassadors in middle or senior leadership positions within the teaching profession. Furthermore we have many Ambassadors, equipped with their Teach First experience, who have entered the worlds of business, policy, non-profit and industry, with the aim of continuing to address educational disadvantage.
