The Innovation Award exists to empower individuals with game-changing ideas that will fulfil our goal of ending educational inequality in the UK. It enables up to five winners to turn their ideas into a reality. Each award winner will receive six months’ full-time salary and a place on our Innovation Incubator, an intensive programme of technical training, supportive mentoring and expert advice to help them develop, pilot and scale their idea. Winners can also access our unique education expertise, our pioneering and personalised curriculum, and be part of our community, with desk space and membership of the Innovation Hub and Entrepreneur Network.
The support our winners will receive

“Two things separate the Innovation Unit from other incubators. The first is the quality of the team who run it – they are the best at what they do. The second is the quality of that support – Teach First's reputation means that you get support from experts.”
Matt Hood – Institute for Advanced Teaching
