Developing your career outside school

Whatever path you take, we’ll help you to keep supporting young people.

Developing your career outside school

Fixing educational inequality requires change across society.

That’s why we provide opportunities for those who have completed our programme, but who decide not to continue in teaching, to keep working for and with young people.
From coaching and CV advice to Summer Project internships with a variety of organisations, you can benefit from an incredible range of opportunities. And wherever you end up, we hope you’ll keep fighting for a fairer education system.

“I formed a charity as a direct result of being part of Teach First. I really wanted to spend time supporting students who hadn’t had the same opportunities as me, and I knew joining Teach First was going to open lots of doors for me once I’d finished. And that’s been very true.”
