Join us on campus for this exclusive leadership skills workshop by Teach First in collaboration with King's Amnesty!
This workshop is designed as an introduction to leadership theory and its application in real world scenarios. Graduates need to show that they are able to hit the ground running when it comes to the competitive job market. Increasingly important for the world of work today is the ability to display leadership potential. Employers demand that their future employees show the qualities of future leaders. Hence the workshop will also focus on individual recognition of leadership qualities and how this can be evidenced.
Teach First is an influential education charity and prestigious graduate recruiter, with its graduate scheme - the Leadership Development Programme - currently ranked No. 4 in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers List, and its Insight Spring & Summer two-week internship programme having won a National Undergraduate Employability award.
As sponsors of your society this year, at this session you will also learn about our opportunities for both undergraduates and graduates to help further develop key skills whilst helping us end educational inequality.
