Development Leads - Subject (SDLs) most frequently work on our Training Programme but may also work on other Teach First programmes such as ECF and SCITT. As an SDL you will deliver training to our teachers, largely online, to support their progress. You will also use your expertise both as a teacher and a subject specialist to contribute to our learning design across programmes. You’ll work with a portfolio of trainees to develop their subject knowledge and subject-specific pedagogy. You will collaborate with other support roles, to see trainees grow into leaders, committed to making a difference to educational inequality. As Development Lead - Business, you’ll work on the Training Programme to teach a subject-specific area of our secondary curriculum.
