As Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role supporting end users with SAAS-based Blended learning technology products. You will assist the team in maintaining an excellent standard of customer service within agreed SLAs, using our various tools, products and processes. The focus of this position is to work closely with all stakeholders across the charity in various critical 24x7 Service operation areas to gain in-depth understanding of supporting our online learning products. You will be primarily working on our busy service desk, answering queries via phone, email & instant message from our wide range of managed support customers.

As Transformation Project Manager, you will work closely with the current project team, across the organisation and our Implementation Partner, PwC.
