As Regional Partnerships Manager - London (fixed-term contract), you’ll be accountable for developing a regional strategy to secure positive change for schools, meeting programme recruitment targets and supporting them to meet the needs of the communities they serve. This will include growing our partnerships to recruit schools for our work, as well as managing our partnerships to ensure success-full delivery of our programmes delivered via Delivery Partners.

As Fundraising Officer - Events & Community (fixed-term contract), you will play a key role in the fundraising team to deliver annual income targets through our third party and challenge events, delivering exceptional stewardship to participants and being able to deliver excellent financial reporting and administration. You will have a good understanding of event and community fundraising, specifically integrated stewardship journeys, the financial processes that go alongside events and have a passion for the Teach First mission. You will play a key role in growing and maintaining our events and community income. You’ll bring expertise in managing donors, excellent stewardship and operational tasks.

As Fundraising Officer - Trusts & Foundations, you will play a key role in the Trust and Foundation function of the Trust and Foundations and Philanthropy team to deliver ambitious annual income targets through winning new partnerships, excellent stewardship and reporting. You will have a good understanding of trust and foundation fundraising, partnership management, development and stewardship and have a passion for the Teach First mission. You will play a key role in maintaining, growing and retaining our mid value trust and foundations partnerships to support our mission.

As Account Manager – Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for account management within the Corporate Partnerships team to deliver ambitious annual income targets through excellent stewardship and engagement. You will have a deep understanding of account management development and implementation and have a passion for the Teach First mission. You will play a key role in maintaining, growing and retaining our high value corporate partnerships to support our mission.

As Digital & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading all digital and social media marketing including campaign channel and content plans to drive audience relevancy and revenue for the charity. You will manage a team of digital, web and social media specialists and work cross-functionally, including with external agencies, as part of an integrated campaign channel approach.

As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the high quality and consistent delivery of all events aligned to Teach First. This ranges from small online seminars to large in person conferences and events. This could on occasion include evening and weekend work.
