As a mathematics Subject Development Lead, you will deliver training and support to our QTS trainees and ECTs, both online and in-person, to support their progress. You will also use your expertise both as a teacher and a subject specialist to contribute to our learning design across programmes. You’ll work with a portfolio of trainees to develop their subject knowledge and subject-specific pedagogy. You will collaborate with other support roles, to see trainees grow into leaders, committed to making a difference to educational inequality.

As a People Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the Directorates assigned to you. You will shape and deliver the people strategy, and drive leadership capability, culture, and performance. You’ll act as a trusted partner, balancing challenge with support and use data, insight, and strong relationships to enable your Directorates to achieve their objectives.

You’ll also lead and develop the People Advisors, building capability within the team and ensuring high‑quality, consistent support across the employee lifecycle.
