Associate Tutor - Delivery team (FTC)

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to collaborate with peers and Teach First colleagues to facilitate curriculum training and provide tailored 1-1 and group support to the 2017 cohort of participants.  The role will enable you to develop your adult facilitation and leadership skills outside the classroom, and enhance your professional practice through work with peers, gaining some useful tools and knowledge to take back to school.

The Senior Programme Officer (SPO) is accountable for ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of the Teach First Leadership Development Programme (LDP), including the five week residential Summer Institute. They ensure the LDP specifically meet the development needs of their Local Area Teach First participants (trainee teachers) and ambassadors (alumni), and mobilises them to become part of a wider movement for social change to end educational inequality.

The analyst will design and embed an on-going approach for identifying the right partners. Learning & Development Senior Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to support the team that ensure individuals performing direct participant support functions have the right skills and capabilities to maximise their performance and productivity in line with the goals of the Participant Impact Area of Activity. As a member of the Delivery Effectiveness team, you will support the Manager and Senior Officer, Support Roles to design, develop and project manage training and development solutions for “Participant Support Roles”. Your success will be measured through the quality of the support you provide to the team, and the overall achievement of the team against its core outcome which is to ensure the readiness of support role holders to fulfil their responsibilities from day one, and ongoing through the delivery of a high quality, cost effective learning and development service.

Director of Strategy and Research

The Director of Strategy and Research is responsible for ensuring Teach First’s work is evidence-led and informed by a clear understanding of broader changes in the educational landscape: a large part of this role is externally focused and future-looking. You will lead Teach First’s research, strategy and planning teams to create the platform for the Executive Team to build organisational strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and Strategy you will play a crucial role in shaping Teach First’s plans and ensuring that all of our programmes are as impactful as possible and help us to meet the 2022 Fair Education Impact Goals (FEIG).

Senior Officer - Collective Action Partnerships

The Senior Officer (SO) for Strategic Partnerships will lead the design of Teach First’s approach for working with our Collective Action partners at a national level. You will shape the strategy to achieve Collective Action partnership priorities. You will work closely with teams across Teach First and draw on the research undertaken by the Strategy and Research Department. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to a growth area within the organisation, building on your practical expertise and experience about how to identify, approach and manage high impact partnerships in the education sector.
