Initial Teacher Development Programme Manager

The ITD Programme Manager is accountable for the delivery of an (Ofsted) outstanding Leadership Development Programme. The role will manage the reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement of the Leadership Development Programme across multiple universities and local areas. They will ensure all programmatic delivery meets both ITT and contractual requirements. The post holder will develop excellent relationships with university and Teach First colleagues to achieve these aims.

Campus Recruitment Manager

The Campus Attraction lead is responsible for the end to end delivery of the campus cohort number, and the oversight and effective deployment of the campus team, who are accountable for each element of this. They will add vision and motivation, ensuring the sharing of best practice and alignment of strategies, monitoring progress in order to deliver against our targets (c. 1800 hires to our Leadership Development Programme). The CA lead will provide leadership and direction to six direct reports; four Attraction Managers/Senior Officers accountable who manage our team campus recruiters. They will also line manage co-ordinator support for the Campus team.

Summer Institute Intern: Data Coordinator
Closing Date: 4 June 2017

The Summer Institute Data Coordinator will support with the delivery of all stages of Summer Institute (a five-week residential teacher training programme for new Teach First participants held annually between July and August) with a particular focus on the final week, which will be held at Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds.  Throughout the period of Summer Institute the Data Coordinator will provide administrative support which includes managing classroom allocation, timetabling and registers for over 3,000 participants, tutors and staff.

Senior Programme Officer (Maternity Cover)

The Senior Programme Officer (SPO) is accountable for ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of the Teach First Leadership Development Programme (LDP), including the five week residential Summer Institute. They ensure the LDP specifically meet the development needs of their Local Area Teach First participants (trainee teachers) and ambassadors (alumni), and mobilises them to become part of a wider movement for social change to end educational inequality.

Summer Institute Intern: Events Coordinator

The Summer Institute Events Coordinator will support with the delivery of the flagship National Summer Institute event which will be held at Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds.  This will include managing event logistics, managing relationships with event suppliers and supporting with all onsite delegate communications for over 3000 delegates.

The Graduate Recruitment Officer (GRO) is responsible for targeting and recruiting talented individuals from across the UK to apply to the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. They will be accountable for hitting ambitious targets across assigned areas, by delivering key events and activities; fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders; and building a strong pipeline of diverse applicants from well-established and emerging pools of talent. Their purpose is to achieve teacher recruitment targets so that Teach First can place teachers where they are needed most to end educational inequality.
