Teaching was the challenge David needed
Following a stint in graduate recruitment, David was looking for something more. As he put it, "I really wanted to challenge myself and to push myself to see what I was capable of."
But he wanted more than just a challenge.
"I was looking for something with that moral purpose, something where I could look back at my career when I’m old and grey and say 'yeah I’ve done something worthwhile'."
David wanted more than just a challenge
Change your life, and theirs
I developed my skills when I was in the classroom, in terms of leadership, communication, resilience – I think without it, I definitely wouldn't have been able to progress to where I am today.
