School Partnerships Lead - East of England region

The School Partnerships Lead reports to the School Partnerships Manager and has responsibility for implementing a strategy which increases the breadth of our school partnerships through recruitment of new schools and through the deepening of existing school relationships.

Please note that the School Partnerships Lead is required to undertake regular car travel across the East of England region so a full UK Driving Licence is required.

Access and Careers Lead

This role will be responsible for managing regional delivery of the Careers and Employability Leadership Programme (CELP). The successful candidate will develop middle and senior leaders in schools to lead a high-quality, whole-school approach to careers and employability that will sustainably improve pupil destinations. Travel across the region is an expectation of part of this role and as such the successful candidate must be willing to travel, have a full UK driving license and their own means of transport.

Participant Development Manager - Secondary

The Participant Development Manager (PDM) is accountable for excellent participant outcomes in the London region. The PDM leads on all local participant impact activity through the line management of approximately ten Participant Development Leads (PDLs) whose delivery constitutes a significant factor in the successful delivery of the new Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and broader delivery of the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. The PDM works collaboratively with other PDMs across London and nationally.

School Partnerships Manager

The School Partnerships Manager is accountable for overseeing all school relationships in the region, with individual and networks of schools, ensuring they are supported by utilising the full breadth of partnership with Teach First. The role leads on the development and implementation of a school engagement strategy to achieve high quality school relationships, with scope for growth, and to ensure school voice is integrated into our work in the region. The role is responsible for ensuring our participants (trainee teachers) are placed in line with school requirements and receive outstanding support from the school.

Financial Accountant

Working within the finance team, the ideal candidate for this pivotal role will help run the Financial Accounting function to ensure that we are producing accurate, timely and useful monthly and annual reporting. The role will lead on the month end timetable, production and audit of the annual statutory accounts and complete quarterly VAT returns. The ideal candidate will; (i) ensure that financial processes & controls are reviewed, maintained and improved, (ii) possess the skills to motivate other team members, and (iii) have detailed technical experience of accounting under UK GAAP.

The Programme Officer role for Futures has two key purposes; first to ensure the final 6 months of the Futures programme is delivered to a high quality and our KPIs are met, and secondly to wind down the programme and ensure we leave behind a lasting legacy after 11 years of delivering the programme.
