The focus of this position is to work closely with key stakeholders across the charity to lead on the implementation of new systems and processes. The role will work closely with business leads to gain in-depth understanding of their strategy, processes, services and the context in which the charity operates. Our Salesforce Business Analyst will wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and post deployment support. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and the Digital Projects team to design, develop, and deploy solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.

The Yorkshire and Humber Schools Coordinator will be based in our Sheffield city centre office and will play a key role in supporting the regional School Relationships Team to secure placements for all our Teach First trainees. The role involves effective communications with schools and trainees, tracking and monitoring ongoing school engagement and providing administrative support to the team.

The Partnership Executive will offer team wide support to the entire Corporate Partnerships Management team to deliver high quality outcomes for Teach First’s partnerships with over 35 UK and international businesses, as well as have the opportunity to work with a range of other fundraising teams within the charity as a member of the fundraising department. You will work closely with the teams two Senior Partnership Managers to provide day to day support to some of Teach First’s biggest and most valued corporate partners.

The School Engagement Executive will ensure that school engagement opportunities are delivered strategically and professionally; in line with the wider objectives and relationships Teach First has with schools and supporters and in a way that has the greatest impact on pupils possible. This role will work closely with the School Engagement Manager, Account Managers and regional delivery experts to ensure that school engagement opportunities are delivered impeccably, so that supporters, schools and young people have the most positive experience of working with Teach First.

The Programme and Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the high quality and consistent delivery of the LDP in the West Midlands. Delivery support is wide-ranging and includes support for events such as a residential training programme (Summer Institute) for Teach First participants, large scale training days, and high-profile speaker and coaching events. Programme support also includes data management and analysis, communications to participants and other stakeholders, contributing towards non-event projects and managing administrative processes for the team. You will ensure effective systems and processes are created and implemented in support of the delivery of a range of programmes.
