Recruitment Coordinator

You will be assisting Application Management Officers to deliver a world class recruitment service, through administration, pipeline support and ad-hoc projects. This includes facilitating the team to undertake a careful diagnosis of their school's needs, and creating and then implementing a robust plan to deliver effective and sustainable improvements across the whole school. The Achievement Partner also helps schools access a wealth of additional external support tailored to the school’s needs.

HRIS Project Manager

This role will have day-to-day responsibility for leading the project to implement a new HR Information System, including the implementation of a new payroll provider and system. You will lead and manage the project team, with authority and responsibility from the project board (Executive Director for Charity Service as sponsor, HR Director, HR user representative(s), and senior IT lead). As project manager, your success measures will depend on the extent to which you deliver the agreed project outputs to specified scope, quality, time and cost. You will have a critical role in interfacing between the project team and the user representatives to ensure that not only are the project outputs delivered, but the that organisation is ready to exploit the new system once it is implemented. Participant Development Manager - Primary and Early Years

You will support the development of the marketing plans for a range of different programmes and help across their full recruitment journey – from identifying and attracting leads, compelling them to apply, supporting their application and assessment and onboarding them onto our programmes. You will report into to a Recruitment Marketing Manager, who will lead the overall marketing strategy and plan for their programmes.
