The Summer Institute Data Coordinator role will support with the delivery of all stages of Summer Institute, with a particular focus on the final week, which will be held at Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds. Throughout, this will include managing classroom allocation, timetabling and registers for up to 3,000 participants, tutors and staff. This internship will be for 7 weeks starting in June 2018. The School Partnerships Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for school partnerships which increases the breadth of our school relationships through recruitment of new schools and deepening existing school relationships by connecting schools to the wider Teach First network of partners. The School Partnership Lead will align his/her strategy for school partnerships with the wider Local Area strategy and ensure that the work done complements that of the wider local area team.

The Service Desk team, which sits within the Technology department, facilitates the handling of service requests and incidents for the organisation. It provides the first point of contact for colleagues and supports a large portfolio of telecommunication, AV and display solutions. The team travel to all Teach First offices to deliver support and provide colleagues with swift and reliable solutions to their IT requirements. As a First Line Service Desk Analyst, you will assist the team in maintaining an excellent standard of customer service within agreed SLA’s using various tools, products and processes.

The School Partnerships Manager is accountable for overseeing all school relationships in the Local Area, with individual and networks of schools, ensuring they are supported by utilising the full breadth of partnership with Teach First. The role leads on the development and implementation of a school engagement strategy to achieve high quality relationships and to ensure a school voice is integrated into our work. The role is responsible for ensuring our participants (trainee teachers) are placed in line with school requirements and receive outstanding support from the school.

The Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners across the charity. The focus of this position is to work closely with key stakeholders across the charity to lead on the implementation of new systems and processes. The role will work closely with business leads to gain in-depth understanding of their strategy, processes, services and the context in which the charity operates. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify, address operational and technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
