Participant Development Lead – Secondary Applicants

The Participant Development Lead is a unique new role, which is central to the participant experience and a cornerstone of the new programme. You will work in a community of expert practitioners and provide exceptional support to participants throughout their two year training programme. You will ensure they complete the programme, achieve profound pupil impact in their classrooms, and develop into lifelong leaders working towards the Teach First vision where no child’s educational success is limited by their socio-economic background.

Public Affairs Officer

The Public Affairs Officer will help deliver Teach First’s government relations and policy influencing work. They will be responsible for supporting work to build and maintain relationships with key political and policy stakeholders including the Department for Education, local MPs, think tanks, unions and key stakeholders in both English and Welsh education. They will help build awareness and support of our work, influence policy to support young people from low income communities and play a key role delivering Teach First’s public affairs priorities for 2018.

Programme Delivery Coordinator

Programme Coordinators are responsible for supporting the high quality and consistent delivery of the Leadership Development Programme, which comprises a diverse selection of opportunities, ranging from events including a five-week residential summer training institute, Leadership Development conferences, high-profile speaker events, workshops, coaching opportunities, evaluation surveys of key stakeholders, communications to participants on the LDP, and other projects.
