Access and Careers Lead

This role will be responsible for managing regional delivery of the Careers and Employability Leadership Programme (CELP). The successful candidate will develop middle and senior leaders in schools to lead a high-quality, whole-school approach to careers and employability that will sustainably improve pupil destinations. Participant Development Lead

The Participant Development Lead (PDL) is accountable for ensuring Teach First participants (trainee teachers) complete the Teach First Leadership Development Programme (LDP) and develop into leaders and meet Teach First’s pupil impact targets in their classrooms. They will orchestrate all aspects of support provided to participants including university tutors and school-based mentors to ensure participants complete the programme as engaged ambassadors (alumni of the Teach First programme).

We recruit approximately 175 vacancies annually and the HR Coordinator for Talent Acquisition will play a key administrative role in supporting this work. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisor, this role is responsible for effectively managing the careers inbox, scheduling interviews, collecting references generating contracts and providing high quality administrative support for all other vacancy management activities.

The role will work closely with business leads to gain in-depth understanding of their strategy, processes, services and the context in which the charity operates. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify, address operational and technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
