An introduction to Teach First with a transformational headteacher

Prepare to be inspired by Chris Fairbairn: Headteacher of The Totteridge Academy in London and a 2006 Teach First Training Programme ambassador. In just six years he's transformed the school’s culture and performance, putting it in the top 50 schools in the entire country for progress.

“Being on the Teach First Training Programme, I really felt like I was part of a wider community with this shared vision to address educational inequality,” says Chris. “Teaching is such a brilliant and inspiring profession, especially as you get to work with amazing adults and children every single day".
