This network connects, inspires and develops its members through career and peer support, aiming to increase women ambassadors in mission-aligned leadership roles. Activities include discussions, networking events, safe spaces and unique development opportunities.
Current membership includes representation from every region of England.

Eligibility: Open to women Teach First ambassadors who are currently in, or aspiring to, a mission-aligned leadership role (in or out of the classroom).
From summer 2026, the network will also open up to alumni of the Remarkable Women Programme.
