Making a complaint
Email supportercare@teachfirst.org.uk for a fundraising complaint or governance@teachfirst.org.uk for all other complaints. You can also write to us at: Company Secretary, Teach First, 6 Mitre Passage, Greenwich, London SE10 0ER.
Safeguarding concerns
If there is an immediate risk of significant harm, contact the police and notify the Child Safeguarding Officer on 020 3862 8066 or 07725 539975 as soon as possible. For non-emergency concerns, email childsafeguarding@teachfirst.org.uk. Please refer to the Safeguarding Policy for further guidance on making a disclosure.
Whistleblowing
If you wish to disclose a whistleblowing concern, please complete our whistleblowing form and a dedicated member of the team will be in touch within 3 to 5 working days.

This service is available to staff and programme members to report concerns including bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct, or to request support. Access Report and Support
