Our whistleblowing policy
Our Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblowing) Policy enables staff and others to report suspected wrongdoing in the public interest, including illegal, unethical or unsafe conduct.
Concerns can be raised through our Governance team at governance@teachfirst.org.uk or, where appropriate, with our Whistleblowing Trustee at whistleblowingtrustee@teachfirst.org.uk.
We aim to treat all concerns sensitively, investigate them fairly, protect those who speak up, and take action where needed.
