As Reporting & Management Accountant (fixed-term), you will provide strategic analysis to support and challenge our stakeholders in making the right decisions for our growing organisation. We are a critical friend to the organisation, ensuring that we are maximising the impact of our income and expenditure for our social mission. You’ll understand and support the programmes we work with, adding value to decisions. The focus of this role will be budgeting, forecasting and management reporting as well as representing our team in organisation-wide projects and driving consistent improvement in processes to add value to Teach First.

As Regional Partnerships Manager (West Midlands), you’ll be accountable for developing a local impact plan to secure positive change for schools, meeting programme recruitment targets and supporting them to meet the needs of the communities they serve. This will include growing our partnerships to recruit schools for our work, as well as managing our partnerships to ensure successful delivery of our programmes delivered via Delivery Partners.

As the Head Governance and Compliance, you will lead and enable a multidisciplinary team with a wide remit, supporting the effective operation of the Charity. The Governance and Compliance Team enables the Charity to comply with all its regulatory and statutory obligations; supervises assurance of that work; and shapes and oversees our risk management framework. The team also ensures our Board of Trustees and sub-committees are supported to run effectively.

As Evaluation and Impact Specialist, you will lead the evaluation of a specific set of our programmes, helping colleagues learn what works and what should be improved. As an experienced evaluation professional, you will work in a team engaging in high quality research and evaluation, which may change over time to meet emerging priorities.

You will be responsible for market and strategic analysis, synthesis of key trends, scoping new opportunities and growth strategies, proposal and bid writing, high-level service design, and driving innovation in new offers that align with our mission to end educational inequality.

As Stories Marketing Officer, you will be a member of the marketing team. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of campaign managers and marketing delivery specialists to implement integrated campaigns across channels (B2B and B2C). Your role will involve delivery, reviewing and optimising campaigns. Specifically, you will identify, gather, develop and share great story content to support and strengthen our communications and campaigns. Stories from our community boost recruitment to our programmes, enable us to partner with new schools and showcase how we campaign to tackle educational inequality.
