As Head of Delivery - Secondary ITT Programmes, you will lead the delivery of Teach First's Teacher Development programmes for Secondary ITT Teachers. You will be an expert in the delivery of ITT programmes in leading a team to achieve ambitious outcomes. You'll ensure that your team create high quality experiences which enable our programme members to succeed, engaging them in their development, the community and in our social purpose and mission to ensure all children are able to achieve their potential.

Chaired by Dame Vivian Hunt, our Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of Teach First, ensuring it is run in accordance with our Charity Articles and the law. Our Trustees are all non-executives, who volunteer their time to support our work.
