As Casework Manager, you’ll play a critical role within the Regulatory and Legal team. You’ll be responsible for enabling managers and teams to navigate sensitive and often complex employee relations and organisational casework across the charity. In this role you’ll ensure that all casework is managed with compassion, professionalism, and in line with legal, best practice and charity values.

You’ll also champion inclusive practice, working collaboratively to help to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout all casework. By monitoring trends and outcomes, you will also contribute to continuous case management improvement and the development of EDI best practice across the charity.

As Delivery Partner Data and Process Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the Education Partnerships directorate as part of the data and process function. You’ll make sure that our data is accurate and that our processes support a smooth partner and programme member experience. You’ll use your organisation and communication skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, helping us fulfil our purpose of improving education for all.

As Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in the Trust and Foundation function of the Trust and Foundations and Philanthropy team to deliver ambitious annual income targets through winning new partnerships, excellent stewardship and reporting. You will have a good understanding of trust and foundation fundraising, partnership management, development and stewardship and have a passion for the Teach First mission. You will play a key role in maintaining, growing and retaining our mid value trust and foundations partnerships to support our mission.

As Fundraising Officer - Events & Community, you'll play a key role in the fundraising team to deliver annual income targets through our third party and challenge events, delivering exceptional stewardship to participants and being able to deliver excellent financial reporting and administration. You will have a good understanding of event and community fundraising, specifically integrated stewardship journeys, the financial processes that go alongside events and have a passion for the Teach First mission. You'll play a key role in growing and maintaining our events and community income and will bring expertise in managing donors, excellent stewardship and operational tasks.

As Head of Digital and Data Engineering, you will lead a team that brings together our digital and data engineering capabilities. You will make sure that technology is built and maintained securely, in line with our standards, while managing technical debt and legacy systems. You'll focus on ensuring our platforms and systems are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose, supporting both internal and external users. You will apply principles of re-use and value for money to everything we do, helping us achieve our mission to end educational inequality. You’ll also have a hands-on approach, providing technical expertise while ensuring we meet GDPR and other legislative requirements. You will provide leadership and vision, inspiring and motivate staff to achieve excellence.
