Joining the Leadership Development Programme means more than just teaching. It means leading young minds, forging relationships and having an impact that lasts far beyond the last day of school. It means building better futures for children who are let down by society.

Time is running out to join our Leadership Development Programme in 2018, and we will soon be closing for applications. As we recruit on a rolling basis, subjects will close as they fill, so we strongly recommend applying as soon as possible to secure your place.

“I was contacted by some of my former students three years after I taught them and invited to attend their prom night. They felt I had influenced their school careers and wanted me to be there. That’s a special feeling that you won’t get anywhere else.”
