Our graduate scheme

Become a future leader on the largest teacher training and leadership programme in the UK. Earn a salary while you train, help children discover their potential, and gain incomparable experiences and transferable skills that will launch your career. In the first year of your average graduate job you'll be making presentation slides – here you'll be delivering presentations that change lives.

Our graduate scheme

How our programme works
Our teacher training programme places you in the classroom, where you learn to teach and lead from the front. Unlike most graduate schemes, you have real responsibility and make a difference from day one, which is why we are rated fourth in the Times Top 100 graduate employers list.

What are the benefits?
The training takes two years but the benefits will last your whole career. The transferable skills you pick up in the classroom will set you apart, whatever career you choose.

And here’s the best bit…
You earn a salary while you train and gain a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Leadership (PGDE, worth double the credits of a PGCE). A host of opportunities are available to build relationships with our prestigious partners, who recognise the value of skills developed on our programme.
