Our graduate programme

Our two-year Leadership Development Programme provides world-class teacher and leadership training for people who are passionate about giving children from the poorest backgrounds a great education.

About the programme

Two-year programme
Our programme is a two-year commitment that offers a full training and development package
World-class training
Fully-funded training that earns you a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Leadership (PGDE)
Competitive salary
You'll receive a full salary throughout the programme, rising in year 2 as you gain qualified teacher status
Ongoing coaching and support
You'll receive dedicated mentoring and support, as well as additional training and career opportunities

The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education.
