Teach First Ethnicity Pay Gap Report: 2022

We’re going beyond statutory reporting requirements and continuing to voluntarily report our ethnicity pay gap.

We do have an ethnicity pay gap. This is driven by us having lower ethnic minority representation at management and senior leadership levels. We have worked to address this imbalance in recent years, but we have more to do as this report shows. Our ongoing actions to increase diverse representation at senior levels will help us to close our ethnicity pay gap.

We are working to create a more diverse workforce, bringing strong representation of and connection to the communities we serve into the workplace. We want to ensure that every individual can perform, learn, and contribute with the confidence to be themselves at Teach First. To achieve this we are working hard with our leaders and all of our people, with our affinity networks and with our stakeholders to listen, learn and improve.
