Teach First NPQ Metrics: April 2022

As an accredited National Professional Qualification provider, Teach First is committed to providing transparent, up-to-date information on our performance against the Department for Education’s nationally set metrics. Information on all metrics is publicly available in the NPQ Quality Framework.

We are working to improve school leadership in some of the most disadvantaged schools in hard-to-reach areas. Whilst we are encouraged by the achievement rates of our participants, we have undertaken research and evaluation which has informed our new approaches to improve retention across the NPQ levels.
