Teach First Annual Report and Accounts: 2024/25

As we reflect on the past year, our purpose is clear: no child’s educational success should be limited by their socio-economic background.

In a year of progress and change, we continued to focus on narrowing the attainment and destination gap for children and young people facing disadvantage — by training and developing brilliant teachers and leaders, and growing a movement of Change Makers across education and wider society.

In 2024/25, we supported over 20,000 teachers and leaders, reached 1.3 million pupils, recruited over 2,000 trainees to begin Initial Teacher Training, and grew our ambassador network to more than 21,000.
