Teach First’s Diversity Representation Targets report, dated February 2026.
This report outlines our updated workforce diversity targets through to 2030, based on data as of February 2026. It sets out our current representation across gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation and socio-economic background, alongside the actions we will take to increase diversity at all levels, particularly in leadership.
We publish our diversity data and targets to ensure transparency and accountability as we work towards our equity, diversity and inclusion goals.
We have made progress in increasing representation across several groups, but we recognise there is further to go — particularly in improving leadership diversity and ensuring our workforce reflects the communities we serve.
