- I am not able to log in to My Teach First/I have not received an activation email
Please ensure your Delivery Partner Course Lead has sent your details to the Teach First Delivery Partner team.
If you can’t log in to My Teach First: https://my.teachfirst.org.uk, please try the following steps:
- Check your spam/junk email folder for the activation email
- Check that you are using your registered email address to log-in
- Try an alternative email addresses you may have registered with
- Log in using your browser's ‘incognito mode’
- Reset your password here: https://my.teachfirst.org.uk/user/password. If you do not receive the password reset link in your inbox, please check your spam/junk foldersIf you have completed the above troubleshooting steps and have not received access to My Teach First and Brightspace by the 14th September, please do get in touch via our contact us form: https://my.teachfirst.org.uk/contact-us.
- How do I track the progress of my trainees or mentors?
As a Lead Mentor, you can track progress by clicking on the module you wish to view, then selecting ‘Class Progress’ from the blue navigation bar; you will see a list of all trainees on this course. Just click their name to view their detailed progress.
Remember, if you are tracking the progress of a trainee on a different subject, or a mentor, you need to go to their relevant course module to track progress.
