100 Black Headteachers Network
The mission is simple: to add 100 Black Headteachers to the education system by 2038. Founded in partnership with Teach First in 2023, this network provides a safe space where Black Teach First ambassadors in senior leadership can connect, access tailored coaching and hear directly from influential education leaders. So far, the impact speaks for itself: three members have already secured headships in two years.
New members can join from May 2026.
