Teach Lead Change is a graduate scheme like no other.
Not only will you develop the leadership skills to kickstart your career, but you’ll be putting them to practice where it matters most. Making sure pupils from the most disadvantaged communities get the education they deserve.
We have used our 20+ years’ experience training great teachers for the schools that need them most to develop Teach Lead Change.
In that time our teachers have a proven impact on the attainment of their pupils; as well as progressing more quickly into leadership roles in schools than teachers from other routes.
