- One of my mentors has not received access to My Teach First
Training Programme Leads can access the Teach First School Portal to assign Mentors to their Teach First Trainees. This is the platform that was used during the process of matching your school with your trainee and can be accessed here: https://teachfirst.my.site.com
Once logged in, you will be able to set up your Mentor(s) and link them to their trainee(s) by selecting your school and then following the steps on the 'Active Programmes' tab. You can also navigate to 'Help' on the portal & view an instructional video on 'How to assign and manage School Support Roles'.
It can take up to 48 hours for a Mentor to receive access once they have been set up via the portal. They will receive an activation email through to their registered email that will allow them to gain access to their accounts. Please note that the activation email may be picked up by their spam/junk folder.

If you did not attend the TP Lead Induction on the 9th of July, recordings are available on My Teach First or there is another chance to attend on the 8th of September- 3:30pm - 5:30pm:

- How do I find out when my School’s Trainees and Mentors have events?
If you are looking for the timetables of those starting the programme this year, please visit My Teach First https://my.teachfirst.org.uk and select ‘Training Programme Information 2026-28’ on the right hand side of the page. If you are looking for information relating to individuals in their second year, please see ‘Training Programme Information 2025-27’.
You will find overviews of the events Trainees and Mentors are taking part in this year to allow you to plan accordingly.
