- One of my mentors has not received access to My Teach First
Training Programme Leads can access the Teach First School Portal to assign Mentors to their Teach First Trainees. This is the platform that was used during the process of matching your school with your trainee and can be accessed here: School Portal.
Once logged in, you will be able to set up your Mentor(s) and link them to their trainee(s) by selecting your school and then following the steps on the 'Active Programmes' tab. You can also navigate to 'Help' on the portal & view an instructional video on 'How to assign and manage School Support Roles'.
It can take up to 48 hours for a Mentor to receive access once they have been set up via the portal. They will receive an activation email through to their registered email that will allow them to gain access to their accounts. Please note that the activation email may be picked up by their spam/junk folder.
If no activation email is received after 48 hours, please get in touch, or ask the Mentor in question to do so, via our contact us form.
