Our work takes us where the challenge is greatest, so should our culture.
A positive culture isn’t always about agreeing, it’s about working together to learn and succeed. A positive culture creates the space to disagree and challenge ourselves to improve.
This will mean being uncomfortable at times. We’ll need to work together to create the environment where we feel able and safe to do this, to have the discussions when principles conflict and to find the balance between challenge, freedom and responsibility.
