Our proactive partnership has supported a range of programmes and initiatives driving tangible impact, including the Teacher Coaching Programme, Leading Together, Summer Projects internship, National Professional Qualifications career pathways (NPQs), the Careers Leader Programme and Trustworthy AI in Education.

Tackling the AI digital divide
Deloitte and Teach First are joining forces to tackle the AI digital divide, making sure no child is left behind.
In December 2024, we brought together education, business and government to explore how AI could help address educational inequality. This led to the AI in Education Summit in July 2025, with plenaries, breakout sessions and a fast-paced hackathon.
Our Trustworthy AI in Education pilot programme supported teachers and school leaders across 20 schools to use AI safely and effectively, helping shape how technology can support teachers, pupils and a fairer future.
